General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the bak99 platform ("bak99", "we", "our") and the individual using the platform ("user", "you", "your"). By accessing or using the bak99.cam website, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
bak99 is an online entertainment platform offering slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and various gaming services. These Terms apply specifically to players in Bangladesh and operate according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Account Registration
A personal account must be created to access the full features of the bak99 platform. Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
2.1 Information Provided at Registration

- Active mobile number
- Email address (if applicable)
- Date of birth (for age verification)
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
bak99 may at any time request a copy of your national identity card or passport for account verification. Failure to complete verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
Age and Eligibility
To participate on the bak99 platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. We strictly prohibit gaming by minors. bak99 may request valid identification at any time for age verification purposes.
For ages 21+ only. If anyone under 21 creates an account or provides false information, their account and all deposits will be cancelled.
In addition, users must not be residents of any jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited. It is each user's own responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of their place of residence.
Deposits and Withdrawals
bak99 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Deposits must be made only from the registered user's own account — third-party deposits are prohibited.
- If deposit information is false or incomplete, the transaction may be cancelled.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals will be made only to the same method and account used for the deposit.
- Full account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
- If the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met, the withdrawal process may be temporarily held.
4.3 Transaction Verification
bak99 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the relevant account and funds may be suspended immediately.
Bonuses and Promotions
bak99 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (deposit + bonus). For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳2,000 bonus gives a total of ৳3,000, which must be wagered 10 times, meaning ৳30,000 in total bets.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been completed.
- While a bonus is active, the maximum bet amount will be subject to the limits set by bak99.
- bak99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If an attempt is made to claim a bonus fraudulently, the account will be terminated.
5.3 VIP Program
bak99's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Advancing to higher tiers earns weekly cashback of 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2%, and 1.5% respectively. The criteria for VIP tier advancement are determined at bak99's sole discretion.
Gaming Rules
All games available on bak99 are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Each game has its own rules, and it is advisable to read them before playing.
6.1 Fair Play
All our games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair outcomes. bak99 is always committed to the principle of fair play.
6.2 Bet Cancellation Policy
If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or issue with the game software, bak99 will refund the original amount of that bet. The game provider's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting
Betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports is conducted according to specific rules and odds. If a match is abandoned or left incomplete due to weather, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bak99 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with false or misleading information.
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes or money laundering.
- Abusing the bonus system or attempting to exploit the system.
- Playing games using automated bots or software.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Colluding or conspiring with other players.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
Engaging in any of the activities listed above will result in permanent account termination and all funds may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bak99 website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of bak99 or its licensees. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from bak99 is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
bak99 is an entertainment platform. Participating in gaming carries financial risk, and each user is solely responsible for their own decisions.
- bak99 is not liable for financial losses arising from gaming.
- bak99's liability is limited for losses caused by internet disconnection or technical disruptions.
- bak99 is not directly liable for interruptions to the services of third-party payment providers.
- Our maximum liability will never exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
Account Suspension and Termination
bak99 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these Terms.
- Failure to provide documents required for verification.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- At the user's own request (including self-exclusion).
In the event of account termination, legitimate funds (funds not subject to any breach of terms) will be returned, however funds may be held pending the duration of an investigation.
